| There is a long-standing photographic history surrounding images of clouds. Since the early 20th century, photographers have been interested in the transitory nature of the sky; every moment is different than the one before. This series of images is based on both the historic context of cloud images, and my relationship with my surrounding environment. Through the burial of these images, I am burying the moment in which the clouds photographed existed as well as the nature of the images themselves. The clouds have now been given an environment in which to continue changing—the transition continues. |
